Plumbing & mechanical contractors

Who we work with

We work with main contractors, mechanical contractors, commercial businesses and property owners on new installations, refurbishment works and mechanical plant upgrades.

We undertake labour-only subcontract packages and project-based installation works, with responsibilities and programme requirements agreed before work begins. Domestic plumbing installations & small repair enquiries are also welcome.

Mechanical site supervision & project support

Thermoflow provides site supervisory support for mechanical installation projects, working alongside main contractors and mechanical contractors. Support can include day-to-day coordination of installation teams, monitoring progress against the agreed programme and liaising with other trades and the project management team.

The role, responsibilities and duration of support are agreed for each project, whether for a defined stage of the works or an ongoing site supervision requirement.

How we approach the work

Before work starts, we agree the scope, supply responsibilities, programme and site requirements. Pipework routes, supports, plant connections and coordination with other trades are considered as part of delivering the installation.

Access, shutdowns and changes to the agreed scope are discussed with the project team so the work can be planned around the building’s requirements.

Dublin and Leinster

We are based in Dublin and serve Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Meath, with enquiries welcome across Leinster. Availability and travel arrangements are agreed for each project.
