Heating & Chilled Water Services
Installation and alteration of low-pressure hot-water (LPHW) and chilled-water (CHW) services for commercial and industrial buildings across Dublin and Leinster, including fan coil unit (FCU) installations and associated pipework.
Scope of work
Distribution pipework
New pipework routes and modifications to existing heating and chilled-water circuits, including supports and connections.
Fan coil unit installations
Installation of fan coil units (FCUs), including supports, heating and chilled water pipework connections and condensate drainage within the agreed scope.
Plant connections
Pipework connections to pumps, valves and mechanical plant within the agreed installation scope.
Chiller & AHU pipework alterations
Pipework installations and alterations associated with chiller and air handling unit (AHU) upgrades, carried out to project drawings and specifications. Works include pumps, isolation and control valves, three-port valves, strainers, supports and connections to new or replacement equipment.
Existing-system alterations
Planned changes and tie-ins coordinated around access, isolation responsibilities and the building’s operating requirements.
Planning the installation
Share the drawings or specification, pipe sizes and materials, equipment connection details and any proposed shutdown windows. Where existing systems are involved, access and isolation arrangements need to be agreed before work begins.

Do you install fan coil units (FCUs)?
Yes. We install fan coil units for commercial and industrial projects across Dublin and Leinster, including associated heating and chilled water pipework and condensate drainage.
What do LPHW and CHW mean?
LPHW is low-pressure hot water used for heating. CHW is chilled water used for cooling. Our work concerns the pipework and associated mechanical connections for these systems.
Can you alter existing pipework for replacement chillers or AHUs?
Yes. We adapt heating and chilled water pipework to suit replacement equipment and project-specific drawings, including associated pumps, valves and connections. Access, shutdowns and the installation sequence are agreed with the project team.
Do you offer labour-only work?
We welcome labour-only enquiries alongside project-based installation packages. Supply responsibilities and the extent of the works are agreed when quoting.
