Day-to-day coordination
Coordinate installation teams, work areas and the sequence of mechanical works with the contractor’s programme and other trades on site.
Progress and site issues
Monitor progress, identify access or coordination issues and keep the contractor’s project management team informed of matters affecting the works.
Arranging site supervision
Tell us the project location, stage of the works, expected duration and the responsibilities you need covered. We agree the reporting arrangements, working hours and scope of the supervisory role before the assignment starts.
