Installation
Thermoflow Mechanical Installation Limited is a Dublin-based company providing mechanical installation services for commercial and industrial projects. We work with main contractors, mechanical contractors and commercial clients on pipework installations, plantroom upgrades and the replacement of existing mechanical systems.
Our work includes heating and chilled services, pipefitting, welding and associated mechanical plant. We undertake defined subcontract packages and planned replacement works within existing buildings. We also welcome enquiries for domestic plumbing projects and are happy to discuss your requirements, whatever the setting.

Health and safety is central to how we plan and carry out our work. Site requirements, access, isolations and shutdowns are agreed with the project team before work begins, with attention to safe working practices and coordination with other trades.

Plantroom Installation & Upgrades
Installation and replacement of boilers, chillers, pumps and calorifiers, including strip-out of existing plant and tie-ins to existing services.

Pipefitting & Welding
Fabrication and installation of carbon steel, copper and stainless steel pipework, including welding, supports and connections to mechanical plant.

Plant Replacement & System Alterations
Replacement of mechanical plant, pumps and valves, with alterations to existing pipework. Shutdowns and tie-ins are coordinated around the building’s heating, cooling and hot water requirements.
Health & Safety
We take health and safety seriously on every project. We plan access, isolations and shutdowns with the site team, follow site procedures and coordinate our work with other trades.

PHASED BOILER REPLACEMENT
Three Head Office
Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin
Replacement of two existing boilers with two NESTA boilers in stages. One boiler remained available to support heating and hot-water demand between planned shutdowns and connections to the existing headers.

- Removal of the first existing boiler and installation of its NESTA replacement.
- Coordinated shutdown and tie-in to the existing system headers.
- Replacement of the second boiler once the first NESTA was operational.
- A further planned shutdown for the remaining header connections.
HOT-WATER CAPACITY UPGRADE
Portmarnock Sports & Leisure Club
Portmarnock, Dublin
Installation of three HeatMaster boilers to support increased domestic hot-water demand at the leisure centre. Tie-ins to existing services were coordinated through planned, after-hours shutdowns to minimise disruption to club operations.

BOILER, PUMP & AHU UPGRADE

Geology facility, near Macken Street
Replacement of three boilers in separate service cupboards, with upgraded Grundfos circulation pumps and associated pipework. The wider project also included installation of a rooftop air-handling unit.

CHILLED-WATER & HEATING UPGRADE

Mechanical upgrade involving replacement chillers, chilled-water pumps and boilers. Boiler replacement was phased, retaining an existing boiler to support heating and hot-water demand during the works.
