Residential Plumbing
From a leaking tap to a full plumbing installation, Thermoflow helps homeowners with repairs, replacements and renovation works across Dublin and Leinster. Tell us what needs attention and we’ll discuss the work with you.
Scope of work
Plumbing repairs
Leaks, faulty taps, toilets that won’t stop running and other household plumbing issues. We assess the problem and discuss the repair before carrying out the work.
Replacement taps and sanitary fittings
Replacement of taps, sinks, toilets and other plumbing fittings, including the water supply and waste connections needed for the installation.
Renovations and full installations
Plumbing for bathroom and kitchen renovations, extensions and full house installations. This can include new hot and cold water pipework, waste pipes and connections to sanitary fittings.
Boiler and gas work
We do not offer boiler installation, boiler servicing or boiler repairs. Gas pipework and gas appliance work are also excluded from our residential plumbing service.

Send your location, a brief description of the issue or proposed installation and a few photographs. For renovation or full installation enquiries, include any drawings, the fittings you plan to use and your preferred timeframe. We’ll review the details, discuss access and confirm the scope and availability before agreeing the work.
Common questions
Do you take on small plumbing jobs?
Yes. Small repairs and replacement fittings are welcome alongside larger plumbing installations. Send a description and photographs so we can assess what is needed.
Can you provide plumbing for a full renovation?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for bathroom and kitchen renovations, extensions and full house plumbing installations. The pipework, fittings and supply responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Do you work on boilers or gas appliances?
No. Boiler installation, servicing and repairs, gas pipework and gas appliance work are not included in this service.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your location, photographs, a description of the problem or planned works and a contact number. For larger installations, drawings and a proposed timeframe are helpful.
