OUR SERVICES
Mechanical Plant Replacement
Mechanical replacement works for existing buildings, with the removal, installation and pipework alterations planned around the agreed shutdown and access arrangements.
Scope of work
Pumps and calorifiers
Removal and replacement of mechanical equipment, including associated pipework connections and any agreed alterations.
Valve replacement
Replacement of valves and related pipework components, with drain-down, isolation and return-to-service responsibilities agreed for the job.
System alterations
Adjustments to existing connections, spools and pipework where equipment dimensions or the agreed layout change.
Planning the installation
Send equipment schedules or model details, photographs, connection sizes and the replacement dimensions. Tell us what must stay live, the available shutdown period and who is responsible for isolating, refilling and returning the system to service.
Common questions
Can one part of the system remain operational?
That depends on the layout and available isolations. Share the operating requirements so the replacement sequence can be reviewed with the responsible project team.
Can you install client-supplied equipment?
We welcome labour-only replacement enquiries. Equipment suitability, delivery, handling and the installation scope must be agreed in advance.
Can you guarantee a same-day replacement?
The programme depends on the equipment, access, pipework alterations and shutdown arrangements. We agree a realistic sequence after reviewing the scope rather than promising a fixed duration without the details.
